 Repairs

We stand behind our products and will offer repair services within 3 months of purchase if any damage has occurred.  If we are unable to repair the product, we will offer to replace it, or issue credit for future spending. This does not include normal wear & tear.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us at {sales@cozennyc.com}.
Because most of our items are made to order, all products must be returned within 14 days to exchange or receive store credit.
